The works of the Bulky Biceps Trying to Fly project were first presented at the  Cosmoscow fair in 2020 . The series presents sculptures of ancient characters such as Aphrodite, Hypnos, Pegasus and others, which the artist has given the attributes of sports equipment.  With the help of Alexander Kutovoi ancient Greek sculptures, in addition to the aesthetic component, acquired a very specific function.

Such manipulations with the ancient objects of worship made it possible to fit them into the modern mass trends of the cult of the body, where everything serves to maintain good looks and health of an individual. In this form, sports equipment easily enters the   space of glossy magazines, where literally every object should serve to aesthetically delight the obswerver.
