SILT
There is a chance, the meteor just passed by and the lizards didn't go extinct, while natural selection created creatures with the highest form of intellect, who managed to thrive in harmony with themsleves and the world around them.
The exhibition, which includes two series of works and videos, demonstrates an alternative reality. Perhaps this is another planet, perhaps we are presented with an alternative scenario of evolution, where dinosaurs didn't go extinct.

An epic video presents a documentary of serene life of dinosaurs, that inhibit an unidentified continent in an unidentified era, where iconic architecture materializes and then vanishes.

The series presents intricate and sophisticated constructions made from fragments of objects found in landfills and flea markets. Fedora Akimova's experiments with object collage transcend time and acquire an ancient value. An archaeological texture of the objects in the exhibition gives them a convincing touch as if there was actually a time and place in history where these objects took their origin.
